Sky & Julian studied the Usui Tibetan Reiki System of Energy Medicine under the tutelage of Margo Ross Sensei.  Sky & Julian provide a variety of services, including Reiki for general wellness, stress reduction as well as for specific tension or chronic pain management problems.

Manbo L. Sky, a daughter of the Haitian Vodou tradition, is the god-daughter of renouned author & artist Manbo Sallie Ann Glassman.  Manbo Sky's intuitive abilities aid her in the application of Reiki & bring a fresh perspective to this Asian healing art.

Ngueye Julian, a child of the Cuban systems of Santeria  & Palo Mayombe is an intiated Palero.  With him comes the Aché (the African equivalent of chi - the Lifeforce) of generations of Paleros & Santeros who sought to assist others in achieving balance in their lives.  Reiki works perfectly with such a system of belief.  Julian is a member of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners & of the American Holistic Health Association

Our Business

Individualized & specially designed treatments are a hallmark of Ninewinds Reiki & Energy Work.  We use a variety of modalities from standard Usui-Tibetan Reiki hand positions to channel chi, to Chakra cleansing & balancing, crystal attunements & cleansings, Lightbody Activation, Intuitive Reiki and elements of Shamanic Energy Work from Traditional Afro-Caribbean paths.

Who We Are

Ninewinds Reiki began as the brainchild of Julian back when he was studying Reiki II.  During this course-of-study, Julian began to listen to the voice of Spirit/the Universe/whatever-you-may-call-It and decided that the path of Healer/Intuitive & Energy Worker was his to follow.  Julian & Sky, friends for many years, Sky infused a sense of excitement & momentum in the venture.  The two decided to team up on the effort & Ninewinds Reiki & Energy Work was born in January of 2009.  Both Sky & Julian are powerful Intuitives in traditional Afro-Caribbean paths & bring the shamanic energies of those paths to their brand of Reiki.   Both are highly qualified & respected Intuitives, Reiki Master Teachers/Practitioners & Energy Workers.
